USABF Southern California Challenge
May 28-31, 2010
Palm Springs, CA

-------------------------------------------------

The Trombly Baseball Academy will kick off the 2010 summer this weekend. We are sending an 18U team and 16U team to this tournament which is always a great event. Many of our players are still in CIF Playoffs, so we are just taking some players who are available to get some work in. It should be a fun weekend and the beginning of what will be an exciting summer!

Both of our team have played well to start the summer. Although I am not out in Palm Springs everything I have heard back from our coaches is encouraging and positive.

Congratulations to our players and coaches for winning the 16U Division of the tournament.

Our 18U guys lost in the Playoffs this morning, 2-0, to the Colton Nighthawks and faced a pretty good pitcher that threw a Complete Game.

It was a successful weekend and thanks to all the players, parents and coaches who participated with us this weekend.
